The idea I had for this comic was to make a typical shoujo-esque manga with a gender twist. The main character is a boy who really wants to work at a cafe making delicious cakes and amazing coffee but to his luck the only cafes in his area are Maid Cafes. So his friend dresses him up as a girl when he reveals his secret desire to her and he winds up getting a job at a maid cafe.
